Monthly Civic Action Programs

The idea of a civic action occurring monthly at each state capitol across the country challenging state legislators, the Governor, and law enforcement to uphold their oath, handing out literature, and public speaking with a megaphone are ideas.  Mixing up the schedule will make it ‘spontaneous’ yet coordinated.
Anyone doing a press conference in your town?  Didn’t you just happen to be walking by with a poster you pulled out of your purse that showed up on the news feed that night? 
Reporting the Crime
Enough evidence of criminal fraud has been collected by an army of Constitutionalists that each one of us can write to a person in authority and report it under Title 18 Section 4, Misprision of Felony.  A relentless direct letter campaign undertaken to each and every congressman, and even a post card campaign.
We must force the investigation of Obama now through unforgiving and relentless pressure on Congress.  In particular, the Congressional Research Service memo produced to help congress avoid the issue of Obama’s lack of eligibility should clearly be investigated:

That which is clear, however, demonstrates that there are far more questions than answers generated by the original CRS Memo, the Bilbray Transmittal and their spawn, CRS Memo 2.  These irregularities need to be investigated and divulged to the American people and a full congressional hearing should be launched immediately to review and examine what plainly appears to be the manipulated crafting of the original CRS Memo, the Bilbray Transmittal and CRS Memo 2, each seemingly engineered to “reach” a result rather than to examine a legitimate question in an objective and non-partisan fashion.

One Nation Under Fraud
The new website “One Nation Under Fraud” was created by the owner of giveusliberty1776 and is a starting place for a collection of civic action activities that can be used.  From the Mission Statement:

The Gotto Postcard Campaign, for example, is a way to download postcards (h/t Bill) to mail to Congressmen or whoever which contain the statements of the Gotto article.  Similar postcards can be made on any number of subjects.  Postcards can get right to the recipient on capitol hill without extensive security screening.

Denying Obama
I can think of three things I am working on in the next year…and they all have to do with denying Obama his opportunity to continue his nefarious agenda against our country.

• Contrary to his attempts to constantly scare, label, and isolate Constitutional Americans, we will deny him the opportunity to declare martial law.  Remember what they are doing by exacerbating ‘natural’ phenomena, and it is necessary to prepare. It will be food and water that are going to be in scarce supply;  gasoline and electricity.  Start preparing now.
• We must deny Obama a chance to be on the ballot in 2012.  This involves not only our dogging of the DNC, now under Wasserman, but state officials and candidates.  The democrats in particular must be made to understand that they are completely toast in 2012 if they choose to continue to support this lost cause.

From 2003 through 2008, members of congress worked to eliminate Article II – Section I – Clause V of the U.S. Constitution, requiring that all presidential candidates be natural born citizens of the United States.

In 2008, fifty state Secretaries allowed the name Barrack Hussein Obama to appear on their state ballot for the president, despite the known fact that Barrack Hussein Obama did not meet the constitutional conditions for the office sought, and that the Democrat Party had intentionally failed to certify Barrack Obama ^[16] as constitutionally eligible for office.

On January 20, 2009, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Roberts administered the presidential oath of office to an individual and every member of the Supreme Court had knowledge that Barrack Hussein Obama failed to meet constitutional requirements for the office he was about to take.

The Chief Law enforcement officer in our country is head of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder. A long-time leftist comrade of Barrack Obama who uses the power of the office to silence the voice of American dissenters, while protecting all who intend America harm.

The voting fraud is so prevalent in America today that it is almost impossible to rely upon the election system as a means of correcting anything and even if you could rely on the system, decent honest qualified leaders do not run for political office in this cesspool we call a country today.

Only 25% of the nation strongly supports this White House resident, which means 75% have great doubts, with more than 35% strongly opposed.

Only the people can put this nation back on track to freedom and liberty, the rule of law and our beloved constitutional republic and they cannot do it in the election booth.

The people must rise up, stand together and hold these criminal actors accountable for the theft of our government which has become the greatest threat to the American way of life in history.

Force an investigation into Obama's 

birth certificate criminal fraud

For those following the newest chapter in Obama/Soetoro's efforts to convince Americans he is a natural born citizen and therefore, was legally elected, old Barry's latest move was a bad one, indeed.

The birth certificate he ordered up from the State of Hawaii and presented to the world is a forgery. What he's done constitutes a criminal act. I hope you can take the time to listen to this 21 minute video of a recent interview with Dr. Jerome Corsi, author of the massive best selling, Where's the Birth Certificate? If you can't do it as you read this column, book mark it, make a note and listen to it tonight or over the coming weekend. 

For those who believe this is just going to "go away", they are badly mistaken. Obama/Soetoro's minions and hired hacks are now hawking tee shirts with Obama/Soetoro's mug and Made in USA on the front and the fake birth certificate on the back. They want you to consider his citizenship eligibility a joke. That should make every American who loves and cherishes our republic sick to their very soul. For all the sacrifices obtained from buckets of blood, personal hardship and sheer determination to give us a Constitution and Bill of Rights, we the American people should simply laugh off shredding that document?

Now, what are we going to do about this latest criminal activity on the part of the putative president and his co-conspirators?

First and foremost: Do NOT demand he be impeached. You cannot impeach a usurper. I can't say it enough times.

Second, for those who think writing a snail mail letter to the Outlaw Congress is a waste of time, you are wrong. Stop using email. Members of the Outlaw Congress get over 300,000 a month per member. That's why you get nothing but a form response. Bring back good old fashioned hard copy letters. Why? Because a member of Congress can't ignore 300,000 letters delivered by the mail man. Hard copy letters can't be ignored like email because they're stacked on a desk to the ceiling.

The frustration continues to grow over Obama/Soetoro's continued and on-going usurpation of the office of the president of these united States of America. We must turn up the heat and keep the fire roaring.

I know I must sound like a cheerleader, but give credit where credit is due. Worldnetdaily.com has done a superb job in staying on top of this massive fraud pulled off by Obama/Soetoro. In the past, I have linked to the web sites of attorneys involved in litigation (Leo Donofrio, Stephen Pidgeon, Mario Apuzzo) who have worked tirelessly to expose the lie of Barry being a natural born citizen. Average Americans filing FOIAs and independent journalists are deserve so much credit for seeking the truth while being flayed and insulted by useful fools.

Today I wrote a letter to Rep. Darrell Issa demanding (not asking) an official investigation regarding criminal activity by Obama/Soetoro and the release of his alleged long form birth certificate, April 27, 2011.

I attached expert legal analysis from Dr. Edwin Vieira as to why Obama/Soetoro cannot be impeached.

My second letter went out to Sen. Sam Slom. He serves in the Hawaii State Senate. That document was allegedly generated by a state agency in the State of Hawaii. Their legislature has the authority to conduct an investigation into how that forgery was manufactured, by who and more importantly, who requested it and when? That won't happen unless YOU also write a letter. Hard copy letters (or a fax) is something tangible that can't be ignored. The phones ring all day long at the offices of state and federal lawmakers. Sometimes you can't even get through or you just get voice mail.

Please note this video: World Net Daily's Dr. Jerome Corsi will soon release details of the key person who helped create Obama's newly forged birth certificate. Allegedly it is a media individual and if that's the case, the Hawaii State Legislature must conduct an investigation; they can issue a subpeona to the individual named by Dr. Corsi. It could blow this whole thing wide open.

I urge you to read those letters and then write your own. You can use what you need from my letters or make it short and to the point. But, write the letters; one to Issa and one to Sen. Slom. 

Yes, you can call Issa's office, but a few hundred thousand hard copy letters is something Issa can show to other members of Congress. Show them we are serious because we took the time to write a letter and stick it in the mail box. How bad do we want to see Obama/Soetoro brought to justice? How bad do you want the truth to come out and Barry held accountable?

Call talk radio and spread the word. Spread the word via web sites and email. If you do nothing, we will accomplish nothing. And, not just us regular folk. We need constitutional scholars, lawyers, professors AND state legislators to do the same thing. Either we stand up for the Constitution and the rule of law or we may as well just declare this country a damned banana republic. A lawless nation ruled by political interests who will do anything to "remain in power". 

It was a massive outcry by the American people, members of Congress and one stubborn jurist, John Sirica, that brought Nixon down over Watergate. The last thing I want is for Obama/Soetoro to resign because that would continue to make a mockery of his status as a usurper. I continue to hold the belief that Barry will not get ballot qualified for a number of reasons. We need to do this one step at a time instead of some of what I see out there as "I don't care if he can't be impeached, we just need to get him out of office". Reckless, half cocked emotion won't get the job done the right way.

We don't know how this could play out. I firmly believe a Quo Warranto is the legal process to remove a usurper president. However, if a full blown investigation concludes he produced a forgery as his "real" birth certificate and the investigating body decides there is a reason, i.e., because Barry was never eligible, the status of usurper might still be attached. That legal status is very important when you read my attachment to Rep. Issa written by Dr. Vieira. Of course, that's the last thing the Outlaw Congress wants to deal with; impeachment would make their big headaches go away. The Democrats would love it. The cowards will embrace it.

Right now we must concentrate on literally burying Issa's office and Sen. Sloam's with letters demanding a full investigation.

I believe Dr. Corsi will continue to release documents and so the situation will continue to build into a crisis that the Outlaw Congress can no longer ignore. Forget the bought and paid for "mainstream" media and cable networks. They have no credibility and only those with blinders on will continue to listen to the rank stupidity of Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly.
