I found this in the Federal Statutes and that is what I am going to do.
Section 4 forces me to notify a governmental official, which I did when I notified the Director of the FBI.
I will also be mailing him and the special agent in Hawaii the final 28 page report.
If they do nothing, read section 3 of the law--interesting isn't it? If I don't get an answer from them that they are doing something, then next step is to notify every Federal Judge that will get a copy of the report along with the final Affidavit. If I don't hear from them, then it will be every Federal Attorney will get copies. The Final ones on the list listed under Section 4 is the Military. Well then line Generals will get a copy. After all I am compelled by the Federal statutes to notify these officials.
Since I am the one that proved Obama's COLB is a Forgery I guess it is going to be my job. You may please contact the news media and the newspapers and anyone else you can, like Congressman and Senators and maybe between both of our efforts we will make it so hot for him that he will resign.

Sec. 3. Accessory after the fact
Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact. Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years.
Sec. 4. Misprision of felony
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

The reason that dozens of senators and congressmen have sent letters saying that Obama was born in Hawaii and none is calling for an investigation of his place of birth, and the reason that all eight declared Republican presidential candidates say that Obama was born in Hawaii, and the reason that Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly call birthers crazy is that the evidence that he was born in Hawaii is overwhelming.
WND reported that the US Immigration and Naturalization Service checked on Obama's place of birth TWICE, with five years between the two checks, and each time it concluded that Obama was born in Hawaii. WND then asked how the INS concluded that fact. The answer to that question is obvious. What does the INS normally do to check the place of birth? It asks for the birth certificate. So the US government, the US INS, in the 1960s and 1970s asked to see Obama's birth certificate, saw it, and concluded that Obama was born in Hawaii.
This fits with the fact that Obama has now shown both his short-form and long-form birth certificates, which THREE Republican officials in Hawaii have stated are accurate regarding the place of birth.
And it fits with the notices of birth in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961. The claim that the notices could have been placed by lying relatives turns out to be false because whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital, Hawaii insisted on a witness statement.
Both the INS findings and the birth certificates fit also with the fact that no 1961 US travel document for Obama was found.
You know, of course, that if a child is born outside of the USA, the US insists on either a US visa on a foreign passport or the child being entered on his mother's US passport before being allowed to enter the USA. If such a document existed for Obama in 1961--PARTICULARLY if the birth was in Kenya--it would have been filed away, and the application for it would have been filed away--and the document itself or the application for it would have been found long ago.
Also, there is NO Kenyan document (except for obvious forgeries). And, there is NO Kenyan document even showing that Obama's mother was in Kenya in 1961. And WND recently reported that the conclusion of Kenya's investigation was that it determined that there was no evidence that any document was missing.
Obama's Kenyan grandmother said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was BORN IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview (Hartford Courant) that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.
NO WONDER all those congressmen and senators and Republican presidential candidates think that Obama was born in Hawaii. They think that the world is round too, and that 2+1=3.
I am concerned with section 4 (Military). A man named Rod Class has filed to the Coast Guard and he never got a response from the military regarding the violation of the constitution. They never addressed his issues. I am concerned they may ignore us all. Then I was listening to Rev. David Manniing who has served notice to all congress and authorities and they too have ignored him. Tonight he claims Obama is protected by the CIA. It seems we need plan B if this plan fails. I think this is a noble idea and we all should help but I am hoping you have plan B.
