It’s Now or Never.

Once the ballots are printed in all 50 states it will be too late.  What would follow is a rigged election and Eric Holder to rubber-stamp the results. The best we could do then is a rearguard vote challenge and battle our way up the steps of the inauguration platform.

We are not alone and we have an excellent opportunity to succeed.  We are putting together an unbeatable legal team headed by Larry Klayman.  He is taking our cases in his private capacity- that’s how important it is to him, he told us.

For more than 3 decades, Mr. Klayman has forced to their knees the most corrupt of businesses and politicians, including a president, Bill Clinton.

Plaintiffs are lined up in Florida and California and some complaints have already been drawn.  What we need for a victory in court is your help to raise the money needed to cover legal expenses.

Bank accounts have been established for this epic legal battle.  Progress in fundraising and in the legal arena will be covered in detail at the website, including multimedia productions by Article II SuperPAC

Why we need your assistance immediately ….
Most reading this already know that we have an ineligible fraud in the White House who did not, cannot, prove his eligibility. This is about additional efforts to help get him out or help prevent re-election.
Assistance with what?  Why YOU should help:
  1. Someone representing himself in court has a fool for a client – some eligibility challenge plaintiffs lack representation, funding. We need attorneys and funding.
  2. We must have top flight counsel for this important struggle, against top flight, well-funded opposition. It’s especially important to address legal obstacles –and erect new ones to keep “Obama” off the ballot. Also important to publicize the truth about Obama and damage him badly- win or lose.
  3. People standing on the sidelines need to help in any way they can, with time, donations, influence. Existing movement supporters may want to support this effort to raise the bar. This adds to the NBC expertise of Apuzzo and Donofrio, as well as the document/identity fraud work of Taitz and investigators, in addition to providing coverage of more jurisdictions- a major escalation in the war on ineligibility.
  4. We have a time-sensitive opportunity to hire a top-flight, nationally known, dream attorney, Larry Klayman.
  5. Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch, Freedom Watch, the only one who ever successfully sued a sitting President, sued over Kagan Obamacare recusal, Access to secret White House Obamacare meetings, Represents Jerome Corsi, currently litigating  “Where’s the Birth Certificate” book defamation fight with Esquire, 9/11 damages suit; suing Iran,  Ahmadinejad, Ayatollah Khamenei, and the Revolutionary Guard, US Treasury & Federal Reserve;
  6. Larry understands the threat to our country, rule of law, national finances and of course, an ineligible, hostile “President”
  7. He has very high visibility, key contacts, presence, visibility, reputation, experience, track record.  He is a “heavy hitter.”
  8. Relatively non-partisan,  freedom-oriented, public advocate, WND columnist, published author, TV/radio commentator, alter ego= Harry Klaypool of “West Wing”

We must raise $25,000. $12.5K/state, almost immediately- for our Florida andCalifornia efforts. Loans considered, donations greatly preferred.  Even if you don’t live in these states, this is to your benefit. We need to open up the war on more fronts. See legal defense fund:  We are currently collecting for Florida (case to be filed, Counsel: Klayman), California (Barnett, Noonan, et al, Counsel: Klayman) and other campaigns.     Donate NOW

Looming Deadlines force us to act soon. This may be our last line of defense to help ensure “Obama” will not be in the White House four more years. Our line in the sand is here. Do you really want to count on Romney/Santorum to beat him, to just hope for a “fair” election?

Larry Klayman has been a major force in public interest litigation for many years.
Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, is known for his strong public interest advocacy in furtherance of ethics in government and individual freedoms and liberties. During his tenure at Judicial Watch, he obtained a court ruling that Bill Clinton committed a crime, the first lawyer ever to have done so against an American president. Larry became so famous for fighting corruption in the government and the legal profession that the NBC hit drama series “West Wing” created a character after him: Harry Klaypool of Freedom Watch. His character was played by actor John Diehl.
In 2004, Larry ran for the U.S. Senate as a Republican in Florida’s primary. After the race ended, he founded Freedom Watch.
